On August 13, the Gumpert Apollo Sport became the undisputed king of the infamous Nordschliefe track at the Nurburgring in Germany.

That was when 26 year old German driver Florian Gruber, completed the 22.87 kilometre lap in seven minutes 11.57 seconds.
