Porsche has updated its Track Precision App – which analyses a driver's performance corner-by-corner at most major racetracks around the world – for owners of Apple iPhones.
Compatible with current generation Porsche 911 and Porsche 718 models, the updated Track Precision App Version 3.2 will now use Apple Car Play to access telemetry data collected by the car – including satellite positioning, throttle and brake inputs, G-forces and engine revs.
Cupra, the performance division of Spanish marque SEAT – a brand not seen in Australia for decades – has revealed its 2020 Formentor crossover coupe-style SUV.
The Formentor marks the first exclusive model under the Cupra banner. As with the wider Seat and Cupra lines, it won't be offered in Australia.
Available with a full-petrol or high performance plug-in hybrid powertrain, the Formentor looks to blend the practicality of an SUV with the performance Cupra is known for.
BMW Apple CarPlay subscription axed, Android Auto still coming

BMW has killed costly subscription fees for Apple CarPlay in Australia.
The brand was alone in treating smartphone mirroring technology as a subscription service, charging $479 for three years.
Lexus Australia has revealed pricing and specifications for the upgraded ES300h range, which sees the addition of new model variants and the standard inclusion of smartphone mirroring systems across the line-up.
For the 2020 model year, there's now a sportier F Sport trim level, while the Luxury and F Sport grades offer an additional Enhancement Pack option for "further impressive specification".

May 7, 2019: Android Auto, Google's smartphone mirroring system, has been given its first major makeover since it was introduced in 2015.
The key change is a revised navigation bar across the bottom of the screen, which will soon feature a home button on the left side, and notification and voice command buttons on the right.
