2020 BMW price rises: Every model listed

BMW Australia has updated pricing across its range for June, with price rises of up to $5000 on some of its most popular models. CarAdvice has been told there is no change to specification of the vehicles, and that the increases are due to "normal economic changes". “BMW constantly reviews its pricing structure, factoring in the exchange rate, inflation and changes to material costs,” a BMW Australia spokesperson told CarAdvice. Note: All prices listed exclude on-road costs.

BMW looking to slash slow-selling model lines - report

Mercedes-Benz mulling GLA 'Coupe' - report

The next-generation Mercedes-Benz GLA could be getting a 'coupe' version to tackle the likes of the BMW X2, according to a new report. Speaking with Top Gear UK, CEO Dieter Zetsche said the new version of the A-Class-based crossover will "have two interpretations". "The new BMW X2 is basically like the [current] GLA,” he said. "And you will see a new GLA. As in other segments we’ll have two interpretations. So the GLA will be more in the SUV direction, and that will expand our scope."
