UPDATE, 23 July 2021: ynguldyn has reported a handful of new details of the upcoming 2023 BMW M4 CSL. Set to be produced from July 2022 to February 2023, the M4 CSL is slated to feature an automatic transmission as standard – confirming yesterday's speculation.

Aston Martin Valhalla: Next-generation British hybrid supercar revealed

The all-new Aston Martin Valhalla has been officially revealed, ahead of first deliveries in 2023. While a concept variant of the low-slung supercar was unveiled to much fanfare in 2019, the production-ready Valhalla has been almost completely redesigned from the ground up. The original bespoke V6 petrol engine has been swapped out for a Mercedes-AMG-built twin-turbo hybridised 4.0-litre V8 powertrain.

Mazda has backflipped on its hesitancy towards electrified vehicles with the announcement of a new 'Sustainable Zoom-Zoom 2030' plan that will see it launch 13 electrified vehicles – including three all-electric vehicles – by 2025.
