Pininfarina-styled HKG H600 concept headed for production
The Hybrid Kinetic Group is planning to launch its H600 sedan in the US by the end of the decade, according to a new report.
In a new article published by industry journal Automotive News, board member Carter Yeung says the concept car unveiled at the Geneva motor show earlier this month is a strong indication of what the production version will look like.
"A lot of Chinese companies overpromise and underdeliver. We're going to be the opposite," he told the publication.
Audi Sport may well be working on a new technological flagship hypercar model to sit above the R8 as the new pinnacle of the brand.
One of Audi Sport's chief competitors, Mercedes-AMG, is working on its Project One hypercar with formula one technology, and BMW has its i8 - a different kind of sports car with plug-in hybrid drivetrain. It makes sense, then, that Audi will follow suit with a model that will push its tech angle.
