Firstly, you’ll notice a number of visual upgrades over the standard Fiat 500 including a road-hugging bodykit, black details and equally stealthy NOVITEC N10 single-piece, lightweight 18in alloy wheels. The car also features a Novitec stainless steel suspension kit which lowers the car by 35mm.
The most prominent upgrades are found under the bonnet though. This little puppy, previously known to offer 99kW, can be upgraded through the Novitec NT4-CORSE premium package to output a whopping 156kW of power and 325Nm of torque. It may not sound like much at first, but you have to remember this car only weighs 1035kg in Abarth form.
This power hike is thanks to a new, larger turbocharger unit, larger intake pipes and exhaust, new injectors, adjusted fuel pressure control and revisions to the engine computer. These upgrades allow the car to sprint from 0-100km/h in 6.8 seconds and go on to a top speed of 223km/h.
Novitec offers the NT4-CORSE kit for 3016 euros, around $4100. What an awesome little machine.
