The 2021 Ford Ranger Wildtrak and Raptor have received a price rise for February 2021.
Pricing for all three Wildtrak variants have risen by $300, with the 3.2-litre manual dual-cab now priced from $62,390 plus on-road costs, the 3.2-litre automatic dual-cab from $64,590 plus on-road costs, and the 2.0-litre twin-turbo dual-cab retailing from $66,090 plus on-road costs.
Meanwhile, the flagship, Baja-bound Raptor has increased in price by $500, to $77,690 before on-road costs.
Standard specification on all affected Ranger models remain unchanged.
A Ford Australia spokesperson told CarAdvice: "The price adjustment is consistent with the evaluation of market conditions we regularly undertake across our product portfolio, which take into consideration a number of different external factors."
As a refresher, standard equipment on Wildtrak variants includes an 8.0-inch infotainment touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry, leather seats, an eight-way heated power-adjustable driver's seat, adaptive cruise control, autonomous emergency braking and more.
The top-spec Raptor loses the Wildtrak's front parking sensors, adaptive cruise control and parking assist, but adds an overhauled exterior and suspension package with wider arches, bespoke front and rear ends, Fox Racing off-road shocks and 17-inch wheels (with 33-inch BF Goodrich all-terrain tyres), plus paddle shifters, front sports seats and leather/suede combination upholstery.
Powertrains are equally unchanged, with the 3.2-litre turbo diesel five-cylinder offered with 'base' Wildtrak variants sending 147kW of power and 470Nm of torque to all wheels through a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic transmission.
Standard-fit in the Raptor and optional on the Wildtrak is a newer 2.0-litre twin-turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine, routing 157kW and 500Nm to all wheels through a 10-speed automatic.
