Hyundai is very much a progressive company and has been so for the last few years. The Korean giant has steadily climbed the sales chart and continues to grow. Part of Hyundai's success has been its desire to capture the imagination of the younger buyers through innovative marketing (something Toyota is trying to do now).
This was the company that provided Frank Stallone' band an iMax to get around in when performing in Sydney. Not exactly a big deal right? But the popularity of Stallone generated a good deal of interest amongst the younger audience and Hyundai was cleverly associated. Effective and low-cost marketing.
This time around a Hyundai i20 has been given to local Sydney artists Beastman & Numskull to come up with a cool and unique design. I could go on and on about how the artists have created their work and what it's meant to represent, but it's better if you just watch the video yourself:
