Lexus Australia has announced drive-away pricing across its volume-selling SUV range, along with its IS sports sedan.

Having sold a record amount of crossovers during the first quarter of 2019 (2283 units to be exact, up 9.0%), the Japanese luxury brand has launched what is dubbed the 'step-up' campaign, which sees $10,000 steps between its core SUV models.

Kicking off proceedings is the entry-level UX200 Luxury, which is being advertised from $49,888 drive-away. The mid-sized NX300 Luxury can be had for a 'step-up' of $10,000 at $59,888 drive-away. Finally, the RX300 Luxury is currently on sale from $69,888 drive-away.

Complementing the SUV deals is drive-away pricing for the IS300 Luxury sedan, which is available from $57,888 drive-away.

Lexus's campaign will run until June 30, and aims to capitalise further on the brand's sales success so far this year.

"We often see buyers come into our dealerships looking for a UX and emerging with an NX, or viewing the NX and stepping up to an RX," said Scott Thompson, Lexus Australia's CEO.

"This campaign contributes to the benchmark Lexus customer experience by introducing logical steps and inviting buyers to choose the right Lexus for their needs."

Despite growth in the crossover segments, overall Lexus sales are a little down on its record-breaking 2018, posting 719 registrations for the month of April, and 2978 year-to-date (as of April 30).
