They're both rear-wheel drive, and they're both very fast – but which is faster?
The McLaren 720S and Porsche 911 GT2 RS are two of the fastest supercars on the market right now – but which one is quicker in a straight line?
A new video posted on YouTube by Motorsport Magazine aims to answer that question, pitting Britain against Germany in a winner-takes-all drag race.
Both vehicles send drive to the rear wheels via dual-clutch automatic 'boxes, and both claim to sprint from 0-100 in less than three seconds – the Porsche in 2.8 seconds, the McLaren in 2.9.
They're very closely matched on paper, but we all know that doesn't always translate in the real world.
