Uber suspends driverless trials after fatal collision
Autonomous vehicle development hit a hurdle this week, after one of Uber's self-driving Volvo XC90 prototypes hit and killed a pedestrian in Arizona.
The incident is still under investigation, though we do know the vehicle was carrying an 'operator' – someone responsible for monitoring the road and taking control when the car makes a mistake – when the collision occurred.
2019 Kia K900 revealed
It's not even confirmed for Australia, but people had a lot to say about the all-new Kia K900 limousine when it was officially revealed this week ahead of the New York motor show.
Markets like Korea and the US are confirmed to have the option of naturally-aspirated V6 and V8 engines shared with the Genesis family, along with the 3.3-litre twin-turbo V6 found in the Stinger along with Genesis models.
We're still waiting to hear if it will be made in right-hand drive, however. Caprice replacement perhaps?
