2015 Peugeot 308 GTi recalled for tyre valve fix:: 64 vehicles affected
Peugeot has issued a recall for 64 of its 2015 308 GTi hot hatches over concerns a faulty tyre valve could cause a loss of pressure.
The French manufacturer reports that the recalled vehicles are potentially fitted with defective tyre valves.
If a loss of tyre pressure occurs as a result of the fault, this could affect the handling of the vehicle and in a worst-case scenario, cause an accident.
Affected 308 GTi vehicles were sold from 1 August 2015 through 31 October 2015.
The VIN list for the recalled hatches can be viewed here.
Owners of the affected vehicles will be contacted directly via mail, and are encouraged to contact their local dealer to have their tyre valves replaced.
