Subaru XV Black limited edition expands local SUV line-up
The limited edition Subaru XV Black has been added to the compact SUVs range, priced from $29,740.
Limited to 300 cars and spread across all three existing Subaru XV variants – equipped with both six-speed manual and continuously variable transmissions – the limited edition Black comes at a $1250 premium but adds a claimed $2500 worth of value.
Included in the package are front, side and rear underbody cladding, a cargo step panel, tinted windows, a shark fin antenna and a limited edition ‘Black’ tailgate badge.
Boosting flexibility of Australia’s third-best-selling small SUV, the Subaru XV Black also gains wing-bar edge roof racks with a choice of four roof carrying systems – a bike rack (upright or fork-mount), universal locking arms and either a surfboard or watercraft holder.
Comprising only aesthetic changes, the base XV’s 110kW/196Nm 2.0-litre four-cylinder 'Boxer' engine remains unchanged, as does the model’s standard reverse-view camera, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, front fog-lights and 17-inch alloy wheels.
The new Subaru XV Black limited edition is available now, with colours restricted to - you guessed it - Crystal Black Silica.
