2013 Porsche Panamera spy shots

By Brett Davis |

Porsche has been spotted testing the upcoming 2013 Porsche Panamera out on public streets. The new model will feature a mild facelift with new headlights and taillights and revised front and rear bumper bar designs.

This prototype is wearing a plenty of black covering but reports say underneath is a similar design layout to the new 2012 Porsche 911. This will introduce new, more slimline headlights and taillights, as well as new LED daytime running lights blended into the front corners of the car.

Other changes that are said to feature on the new model include a revised interior. New materials and colour options are expected, bringing a fresh decor, as well as new in-car technology and equipment.

As for the engine and driveline, the new 2013 Porsche Panamera is expected to carry over the same engines as the existing range, however, a slightly more powerful Turbo version is on the cards.

The 2013 Porsche Panamera is expected to debut some time in 2012. Stay tuned for more updates.

The front shots make it look like the fat ugly cousin of the Ferrari 599

I hope they make it a little less ugly than it is now, though that won’t really achieve much.
