Ssangyong KEV2 Concept to be unveiled at 2011 Seoul Motor Show

By Brett Davis |

Ssangyong will unveil a new concept car at the upcoming 2011 Seoul International Motor Show in Korea. Called the Ssangyong KEV2 Concept, the car will be an electric version of Ssangyong Korando crossover.

Although no official details of the car have been announced, these rendered images are official and are said to resemble what the concept will look like. From the front it is relatively easy to tell that this will be an electric vehicle, given the lack of a front radiator grille. The front will also showcase an array of slimline LEDs aiding aerodynamic efficiency.

Inside, the car features a very modern design layout incorporating a Samsung Galaxy Tab tablet as the central control interface. The rear passengers are confronted by a number of LCD touch screens – it almost looks like a luxury office retreat. The rear seats are restricted to accommodate just two people.

Ssangyong will unveil the rest of the car in full detail at the 2011 Seoul International Motor Show, which opens tomorrow (March 31). Look out for our ongoing updates of the show in the coming days.

A Galaxy tab and an iPad? Haha, why not just choose one tablet and have it in both front and back.
