Nissan IMQ concept revealed

Nissan has revealed its sharp IMQ concept at the 2019 Geneva motor show, claimed to blend "Japanese heritage with state-of-the-art, human-centric technology". Like the IMs and IMx concepts before it, the IMQ previews what Nissan's future models could look like, in a world where autonomy and electrification dominate the automotive landscape.

Nissan: 1 million annual electrified sales by FY2022

Nissan has announced its plan to sell 1 million electrified vehicles per annum by the end of financial year 2022, as part of its M.O.V.E to 2022 product plan. The company will develop eight new electric vehicles in the next four years, including a crossover inspired by the IMx concept, and a kei car specifically for the Japanese market.

Nissan planning electric Juke concept for Tokyo - report

The Nissan Juke is set to get electrified at this year's Tokyo motor show in September, with the company planning to reveal a concept inspired by the eye-catching 2015 Gripz show car - according to a new report out of the US. Car and Driver claims the Japanese company will debut the Juke e-Power concept in Tokyo later this year, powered by the range-extender hybrid drivetrain already seen in the Note e-Power that was launched in Japan in 2016.
