A motor show is not complete without at least one impossible-looking concept, and next month's Tokyo event is shaping up to be a standout example.
Shown here is Suzuki's Q Concept, an electrified city vehicle with room for two occupants - and at just 2500mm long, that's about all there's room for.
Suzuki describes the Q Concept as "an entirely new kind of mobility, one that's positioned between conventional motorcycles and cars."
Cute though it is, it's not entirely new: a few recent examples include the Opel Rak E and the Volkswagen NILS, and there's the 2009 Renault Twizy... and so on.
Power for the Q Concept is provided by an electric motor with an unspecified output, and its driving range off one charge is 50 kilometres - don't stray too far from town.
Watch for this one to bow at the Tokyo Motor Show next month.
