Honda has added more gear and value to limited edition CR-V models to entice buyers in the competitive mid-size SUV segment.
The Honda CR-V LE, available in both two- and four-wheel drive variants with a CVT automatic transmission, are priced at $32,990 and $35,690 driveway respectively.
Based on the the entry-level VTi variants, the special editions add 18-inch alloys, front and rear park assist, side steps, rear roof spoiler, front fog lamps, dusk sensing headlights, rain sensing wipers and blind spot monitoring at an extra cost of $1700 over the standard CR-V VTi.
Buyers will have to fork out an extra $575 for metallic paint, but the extra level of kit brings it almost in line with the mid-range VTi-S.
