The Ford Escort badge has returned, more than 10 years since the small car last starred in showrooms. For now, though, it's a mere concept, designed for the Chinese market.
Unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show today, the new Escort concept draws on the look of Ford's latest global models, including the new Focus, new Mondeo and facelifted Fiesta.
Details are slim, although it is known the concept was designed as a 'C-segment' car, placing it in the same size category as Ford's own Focus sedan, along with the Volkswagen Jetta.
