Electric-car test drives on offer at Sydney expo this weekend

Want to get a closer look at the world of electric vehicles before making a decision to buy? The ‘Everything Electric’ expo, to be held from 9 to 11 February 2024 at the Sydney Showground, should have just what you need.

The forthcoming Polestar 3 and Audi Q4 e-tron SUVs will be on display, along with new models from BYD, BMW, Hyundai, MG, Peugeot, GWM, Nissan and Renault.

For an even more hands-on experience, there are approximately 25 different electric cars you can book to take on a short test drive. With 100 vehicles making up the drive fleet, there may even be an opportunity to test more than one.

The expo, formally known as 'Fully Charged Live', will also feature the latest in electric bicycles and scooters, as well as home charging and energy storage solutions.

There are numerous sessions and presentations scheduled over the weekend to help visitors understand how all manner of electric and low-emission changes can impact their lives, including cooking demonstrations in a ‘zero carbon’ kitchen.
