Cupra announces fixed-price service packages for up to five years

Newcomer Cupra has announced prices for its three- and five-year service packages, but those who purchase selected models before 31 March 2023 can save.

Australian Cupra customers will soon be able to pre-purchase car service packages for the first three and five years of ownership.

Cupra has announced a three-year service pack for $990, which covers the first three scheduled services for all models, including the Born, Leon, Formentor, and Ateca.

The new package means owners won't pay for any costs during the first three 15,000km/12-month scheduled logbook services, other than standard wear-and-tear items like wiper blades and brake pads.

This replaces the company's existing offer of three years of free servicing, which it has included on all Cupra vehicles delivered since the brand launched in Australia mid last year.

A five-year service pack is also available for the electric Born hatchback for $1590, while the five-year package is available Leon, Formentor, and Ateca models for $1990, covering the first five logbook services.

The service packages will be available to purchase from 1 April 2023.

However, for those who purchase a Leon, Ateca, or Formentor before 31 March 2023, Cupra will include a complimentary three-year service pack – while those who upgrade to a five-year service pack for $1200 before 31 March 2023 will be able to access the company's 'concierge service' for no additional cost.

For owners to take advantage of the packages, their vehicles must be taken to an authorised Cupra service centre – of which there are currently eight located across six Australian states and territories.
