2024 Porsche Cayenne leaked ahead of unveiling – report

Weeks ahead of the car's official unveiling, a digital illustration of the new Porsche Cayenne has been shown following a media sneak peek.

The 2024 Porsche Cayenne has been accidentally shown before the model officially makes its debut.

Porsche invited a number of European media outlets to see the Cayenne's new interior in a video, with the infotainment display showing a digital image of the luxury SUV – which was subsequently shared by German YouTube channel The Car Crash Review.

The current Cayenne's triangular-shaped headlights are gone, and in their place are units inspired by the Taycan electric sedan.

Despite the refreshed look, Porsche has kept the dual bonnet creases, along with the front bumper found on the current model.

The rear of the Cayenne has also received an update, with the tail-light strip now uniformly stretching across the back.

Inside, there's a curved 12.6-inch infotainment display, as well as an optional 10.9-inch display ahead of the passenger.

The German car-maker has kept a mix of physical buttons and haptic-touch controls, while also including a cooled wireless smartphone charging pad.

Australian models will be announced at a later date, but we do know the Cayenne is being offered in some markets with a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6, a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that replaces the 2.9-litre V6. Hybrid versions will also be available.

The 2024 Porsche Cayenne will be revealed in full on 19 April 2023, with local pricing and specifications to follow.
