2021 Mazda CX-30 manual introduced, special-edition pricing announced
The small SUV from Mazda is now cheaper thanks to the arrival of a base-spec manual option.
The 2021 Mazda CX-30 is now cheaper thanks to the addition of a manual variant, while a new special edition tops the range.
The Mazda now starts at $28,990 before on-road costs for the manual front-wheel-drive 2.0-litre CX-30 G20 Pure, which is $1000 cheaper than the automatic model.
The price drop closes the gap with cheaper Kia Seltos, Hyundai Kona, and Mitsubishi ASX competitors, which have all been losing ground to the more expensive CX-30 in market share within the small SUV segment since the Mazda went on sale in March 2020.
At the other end of the range is the 2021 Mazda CX-30 100th Anniversary special edition, which was first announced in June 2020 and is limited to only 100 examples.
The 100th Anniversary edition is based on the top-spec Astina variant, and comes with Snowflake White Pearl Mica paint and a burgundy leather interior as an homage to Mazda's very first passenger car.
The model comes with 100th Anniversary badging throughout the interior and exterior, and is priced from $42,990 before on-road costs.
The 2021 Mazda CX-30 100th Anniversary edition is on-sale now.
