A survey conducted by insurance specialists Warranty Direct has found that the Honda CR-V built between 2001 and 2006 is Britain’s most reliable SUV.
The Honda CR-V scored 23.10 on the reliability index, which takes into account vehicle breakdowns, average repair costs and time spent off the road to calculate a vehicle’s reliability. The lower the score the more reliable the car.
Data collected by Warranty Direct’s claims is used for the Reliability Index and is Britain’s most comprehensive reliability guide. The overall vehicle and parts reliability including air-conditioning, suspension, braking systems and transmission are all in the Index details.
