Spend $3.6 million on a Mercedes-AMG G63, get a free house in Melbourne

One seller is appealing to the housing market... by offering a free G-Wagen with the purchase.

Rising interest rates may be putting downward pressure on the real estate market, but one seller is sweetening the deal with the offer of a Mercedes-AMG G63 alongside the luxury house.

Located in the leafy outer Melbourne suburb of Ringwood North, the 80sq house comes with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a 14-car garage – along with the Mercedes-AMG.

The seller appears to be a purveyor of fine automobiles, with an image of the home's garage showing a Toyota GR Yaris hot hatch, an original Fiat 500, Lamborghini Murcielago supercar, a Triumph Sprint, classic Ford Mustang, a Holden panel van, and two Ford Falcons – along with a black and white mural celebrating world champion Lewis Hamilton's Formula One career.

While not confirmed, it appears the G63 is a W463 model built before 2018, powered by a 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 – valued at approximately $200,000, depending on specifications and mileage.

The advertisement says the AMG is black with black on tan interior, optioned with carbon-fibre trim and an Alcantara headliner, and featuring a Brabus front end with a bullbar.

For anyone with a spare $3.6 million who needs a Mercedes-AMG G63 – and somewhere to house it – the listing can be viewed on Domain by clicking here.
