Aston Martin May Build SUV On Mercedes AMG Platform: Report

The idea of an Aston Martin SUV is gathering steam, with a new report suggesting the agreement with Mercedes-Benz AMG could provide the platform.

Speaking with Britain’s Autocar, Aston Martin boss Ulrich Bez reportedly said that platform-sharing with Mercedes would be “good business”.

Mr Bez used the Porsche Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg platform-sharing arrangement as an example.
