Nissan GT-R lands in Australia

Some people just can’t wait. And we can’t blame them. Who wouldn’t want to get their hands on the greatest car purported to come out of Japan? Seen here are exclusive pictures of the second GT-R to land in Australia.

The first, a white GT-R, landed a short time ago in Sydney, and is said to be the Targa Tasmania Donut King entry. This black one however arrived a few days ago, and is seen here at the Fremantle docks in Western Australia.

This R35 GT-R is said to belong to an importer of high quality Japanese performance cars. Car Advice has been told that the car will be used for promotional work, as well as entered into various Targa and race events.

While Nissan is sorting out compliance and various import issues, some people have gone ahead and imported their own for private use. This car has been shipped to Australia for that very reason, and we expect more will follow.

I saw this car on Feb 6th on Graham farmer freeway for about 30 seconds in peak hour traffic, the licence plates were “Fab Cars”, which i am told on good authority is a car shop on Shepperton rd in Vic Park!! (the motor bike shop end)
