Remember the Need for Speed trailer we showed you last week? The games producers have now released the full version, featuring Roll Deep and stunt driver Ben Collins.

It’s not as if Ben Collins isn’t familiar with driving high-powered supercars, since leaving his seven-year stint driving as The Stig on BBC’s Top Gear program. EA game producers have now picked him up where he left off and hired him for the stunt driving scenes in this new Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit trailer. Check it out below.

The game is said to go on sale from November 18.

Tragic…he could have just been so much more…

I like the game, but this advertisement is one of the worst I have ever seen.

And this Ben Collins guy is an absolute ‘twat’.

Power to him. He’s a professional driver & there will always be work for him. He would have been nicely paid for this too..Yes the stig was an awesome stint for him and the fact that he came out as the Stig wrecked the aura of mystery that TG carried with his character.. That annoyed me too. How long do you go on forsaking yourself for the fame of a show that is focused on three people making a LOT more than you? This is business, a career for him. If the BBC wasn’t coming out on top with this show, don’t think for a minute they’d keep it up because of the Fans. It’s all about making money.

This is life after top gear… no salary. Lets face it, he’s an unbelievably good driver and hired first and foremost for his ability to drive, not act. I know I’d give my left nut to do what he does

Who cares what we think.. he just got paid to race around in a 911 for a day or two and here we are on the interwebs critiquing him for his acting ability and the commercial itself…

At 0:41, why did they need to speed the Porsche up?????

  • Hiroshimi

Second worst car commercial in the world.

The worst is the chipmunk Kia Soul commercial in the U.s.a

  • Radbloke

This really isn’t helping his cause. What a wanker.

  • Peter

no wonder the Stig was a non-speaking role.

Still itching to get my hands on the game though

  • Shak

Wow, that was just plain bad. It sounded like a badly rehearsed reality TV show. And why are they all Brits, the Yankees aint going to like that…

i think the message this ad is trying to deliver is “people are using xbox live to talk to each other while playing NFS”.

otherwise this ad is shockingly bad. OMG.
