Nissan Navara D40 ID plate recall
Make & Model : Nissan D40 Navara
Number of Vehicles affected: 584
VIN Range: From VSKCLND40A0033906 to VSKCLND40A0184104
Whats wrong?: The ID Plate (fitted on the LH B-pillar) has been potentially stamped with the wrong Approval (CPA) number. If ignored, this condition could result in a potential regulation issue.
What should you do?: Contact your nearest Nissan Dealer to arrange for rectification of your vehicle.

Hi there
I’m considering getting one of these Nissan Navaras. Where would I find the VIN plate, so I can check it against the vehicle documents. The plate I am referring to would also show the “EC whole Vehicle Approval Number” (eg.e4*98/14*0012*02).
Is this plate the same as the “”ID plate is fitted on the LH B-pillar” that you mention?? Where exactly is the LH B-Pillar?
Thanks in advance
