2007 Toyota Corolla Ascent, Conquest, Levin SX Levin ZR & Ultima

The new Toyota Corolla comes in two body shapes, the Sedan (3 model grades) and the hatch (4 model grades). As al except one of the models comes with a choice of manul or auto, this makes 13 Corolla model variants.
The hatch line-up is
- Corolla Ascent,
- Conquest,
- Levin SX
- Levin ZR,
All the hatch models are offered with the choice of either six-speed manual or a four-speed automatic transmission.
The sedan line-up is
- Corolla Ascent
- Corolla Conquest, with the choice of six-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission,
- Corolla Ultima with automatic transmission only (no manual).

Corolla Ascent :
Standard equipment on all Corolla models includes
- all new100kW dual VVT-i engine,
- dual SRS airbags,
- ABS brakes with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution and Brake Assist (collectively known as Active Braking with intelligence, or AB-i),
- tilt and telescopic steering column adjustment,
- CD tuner with MP3 compatibility,
- power front windows (not rear) and air conditioning.
As far as airbags go, the lower model Ascent only comes with two front airbag, with the option of upgrading, meanwhile the Corolla Conquest (hatch and sedan), Levin ZR and Ultima all have seven SRS airbags as standard equipment.
Corolla Ascent hatch and sedan also have an optional Cruise Pack, consisting of cruise control, leather-bound steering wheel with audio controls and leather sports gearshift.
The Conquest grade (hatch and sedan) comes with all of the Ascents equipment as well as:
- 16-inch alloy wheels,
- the Enhanced Safety Pack items (for a total of seven SRS airbags)
- the Cruise Pack items.
- six-disc multi-changer CD tuner with MP3 compatibility and audio input jack and Bluetooth compatibility,
- front foglamps,
- power rear windows,
- and rear spoiler on the sedan model.
Corolla Levin SX comes with all of the Ascents equipment as well as:
- 16-inch alloy wheels,
- side skirts,
- larger rear spoiler,
- Cruise Pack,
- six-disc multi-changer CD tuner with MP3 compatibility and audio input jack and Bluetooth compatibility,
- front foglamps,
- body-coloured rear mudguards,
- power rear windows.
However, the seven SRS airbags is an option on the Levin SX.
Corolla Levin ZR comes will all of the equipement level of the Levin SX as well as:
- Enhanced Safety Pack (Seven SRS Airbags),
- Smart Entry and Start System,
- rain-sensing windscreen wipers,
- climate-controlled air conditioning,
- High Intensity Discharge headlamps,
- Optitron combination meter,
- electro-chromatic interior mirror,
- auto headlamps,
- high-grade fabric seat trim.
You can also opt out for a moonroof.
Corolla Ultima sedan comes with all of the Conquest’s equipement as well as
- leather seat trim,
- Smart Entry and Start System,
- rain-sensing windscreen wipers,
- climate-controlled air conditioning,
- High Intensity Discharge headlamps,
- Optitron combination meter,
- auto headlamps and body-coloured mudguards.

Is there a leather seats option on the Conquest?

And the Ultima is only available as an automatic ?
So potentially, no leather seats and manual trans???
I definately will buy one if I can get it with ESP!
Just a correction re air bag count on the Conquest. It has 9 (not 7)airbags. 2 front Curtain, 2 Driver Passenger front, 2 Seat Side, 2 rear passenger curtain, 1 driver Knee Bag.
As advice, run the car on 95 premium – it makes a huge difference in both the manual and auto and improves economy as well – you will be glad you did.
Correction of the Jon Fea Comment, it has 7 airbags, two rear curtains, 2 front curtains, two front srs and one drivers knee airbag. This is available information from toyota.com.au
Its also the most powerful corolla ever.
