Photo number Nine, far right.. Thats mine. (i wish) hey i called dibbs…

At least Mitsu got the Talent right here.

  2. The Salesman says:

I will have to make sure i sign up for the Brisbane Motor show next year.

  3. The Original Tom says:

It is interesting to see what kind of style manufacturers choose to associate with their car/company.

Certainly no Auto Salon tarts here. All very classy.

Lexus is well represented (with the red car, not the airy-looking chick in the blue dress).

Subaru appears to be determined that their ladies don’t out-shine the bland car.

  4. Alex says:

For people who have sen the 308cc in the metal, dont you think it would have been more appropriate to get fatter women?

  5. Jimbo says:

Awesome. Car Advices best post yet!

  6. Jamie says:

Looks like Mitsubishi was the place to be lol :)

  7. Bob says:

Mitsu are known for the glamours on their stands. Kinda sad really when they need the hottest women to attract people to their stand. It actually turns me off as they clearly display a lack of confidence in their own brand to require gorgeous women, aren’t the cars supposed to be stars of the show?

  8. Bavarian Missile says:

    Gee Alborz…..that was enjoyable…………

Bob,you are right but unfortunately as an ex-promo chick myself there is not many guys around like you !Brings out the bogan in men doesn’t it babe not the car enthusiast !

  9. AAA says:

What’s with AIMS? It should be called the Sydney Motor Show. Leave the AIMS title to Melbourne. The Australian Detroit, car capital is Melbourne with Ford, Holden and Toyota there.

  10. Millatime says:

    Bob

Are you kidding?? Your wife forced you to write that yeah?
I suppose you put up a Christmas tree but don’t decorate it?

Wow, gorgeous women, that’s so sad those evil manufacturers!

BTW, why did you click on this story?????

    That’s kinda sad BOB!

  11. BOSSCR says:

I liked the look of the Suzuki girls. From memory, at the Melbourne IMS, it was Audi that had the glams…..

How many people refer to the Simpsons episode:

“Do you come with the car?” – Every bloke

“Oh you, ha ha ha” – Promo girl

  12. Snowman says:

I’m with you BOSSCR, Suzuki won this round for me :)

At the Melbourne show, Fiat had the best imo :)

Although they dont need the girls to show the cars off, it’s always good to distract you from some of the crappy cars!!

  13. zahmad says:

The Nissan one does it for me..

  14. Bavarian Missile says:

Nuff said by last few comments !

  15. Cupid Stunt aka No Name says:

Do any of them run on diesel!!!

  16. Adrian says:

Zahmad you can have the blond Nissan Girl cuz the dark haired beauty rocks my boat

  17. Reckless1 says:

Another vote for the Suzuki girls, even though their dresses weren’t the best.

Is it me, or do quite a few of them look like Yankee Chick Cheerleaders?

Oh, yeah – Melbourne has the AIMS, not the second rate Sydney show.

  18. Jason says:

Mitsubishi girl does it for me

  19. C-Red says:

I can see myself in a lot of those.
    Jash
PS – Just for you BM ;)

  20. f1worldchamp says:

When I get to the show, I am going straight to the Suzuki stand.

  21. Sam says:

    Number 13 gets my vote

  22. Andrew M says:

is #12 Nardia from American Pie??

  23. Falcodore says:

At brisbane show last year mitsu had the best looking girls, seems to be that way every year, its the only reason to visit their stand! lol

  24. ??? says:

Did they have fat bogan girls with teeth missing standing by the falcon and commodores?

  25. Bob says:

Millatime I clicked on this story as I actually work at the Motorshow and I was seeing if there were any girls here that I know.

Never said anything about not having them, I simply stated that it’s pretty sad that Mitsu are known not for their cars at Motorshows as much as the girls on their stands and for always being young and underdressed. At least the promo models on the classier stands fit in with the beautiful cars around them. I can’t imagine, despite being paid, that promo girls terribly enjoy being ogled at, photgraphed and perved on by the masses.

  26. Bob says:

“???” You’ll find Toyota, Holden, Ford, VW, Nissan and many other bigger brands don’t seem to have the promo girls as I imagine it’s hard to cater for a family audience when one half of the family can’t concentrate on the cars…
