Earlier this month Holden took the wraps off the final iteration of Australian-built Commodore – the VF Series 2 sedan and wagon.
We’re here in Deniliquin today to see the final piece of the puzzle – perhaps the most emotional one of all - the unveiling of the 2016 VFII Holden Ute
Sporting the same cosmetic changes we saw on the sedan, the VFII ute is unchanged at the back, a bit of a pity since those smart LED tail lamps on the wagon should slot right in…
For all SS models though, the important change is here, the 304kW 6.2-litre LS3 V8 under the bonnet and the bi-modal exhaust out the back.
Is this the send off the Commodore deserved?
