BMW M3-engined Supra 'possible but unlikely'

The new Toyota Supra has barely been around for six months, but people are already looking for ways to make it more powerful. Recently-appointed BMW M boss Markus Flasch didn't rule out offering Toyota the upcoming M3's twin-turbo inline-six engine for a Supra with even more go. The A90 Supra’s chief engineer Tetsuya Tada – also the chief engineer for the current generation Toyota 86 – accompanied six engineers and technicians from Toyota Australia on the test drive.
