A 17-year-old American YouTube star has emerged relatively unscathed after crashing his father's one-of-a-kind, extremely expensive supercar.
Gage Gillean, who runs the YouTube account GG Exotics, was allegedly involved in a crash in Dallas, Texas, on November 17, leaving his father's Pagani Huayra Roadster in ruins.
Three-time Indianapolis 500 winner, Dario Franchitti, has joined Gordon Murray Automotive in a development role as the British hypercar maker forges ahead with production of its recently revealed GMA T.50.
Franchitti’s role will see him take on development work of both the GMA T.50 road car as well as the T.50s track-focussed version of the 3.9-litre, naturally-aspirated V12 hypercar.

The 2021 Maserati MC20 supercar has been launched overnight, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the Italian sports luxury car maker.
The two-seated Maserati features a mid-mounted 463kW/730Nm 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 – the first engine to be developed and manufactured by the company in two decades. Previously, engines were built for the brand by Ferrari.
Fitted with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, the 90-degree V6 propels the car from zero to 100km/h in a claimed 2.9 seconds.
Audi Australia has announced pricing and specification for its R8 supercar, due back in local showrooms in July 2020.
The face-lifted R8 returns following an absence from the Australian market. CarAdvice understands this to be due to delays in completing emissions and homologation processes in Europe, with Audi giving priority to its higher-selling vehicles.
The 2020 Audi R8 is available in four trims with coupe or convertible body style and rear- or all-wheel drive options.

The owner of a McLaren 600LT has been filmed driving the car across a flooded road in the United States, leaving the $455,000 supercar stranded amid rising floodwaters.
Footage of the incident emerged on Twitter, showing the car's owner following a pick-up truck across a main road amid heavy rain in the city of Charleston, South Carolina.
