2021 Maserati Ghibli Trofeo, Quattroporte Trofeo, Levante Trofeo price and specs

Australian pricing and specification details for the 2021 Maserati Quattroporte Trofeo and 2021 Maserati Ghibli Trofeo have been announced, as the final Maserati models to score the Ferrari-sourced V8 before the brand moves into an electrified era. The smaller Maserati Ghibli Trofeo becomes Maserati's cheapest entry in to the Trofeo range, priced at $265,000. The Maserati Levante Trofeo gets underway at $336,990.

2016-20 Maserati Ghibli, Levante recalled

Maserati Australia has issued a recall for the 2016 to 2020 model-year Ghibli sedan and Levante SUV over concerns models fitted with LED headlights could have faulty parts. The Italian marque reports "due to a factory fault, the full LED headlights setting may not be assembled correctly". Should the condition occur, "the full LED headlights setting may beam excessively high light towards oncoming vehicles, increasing the risk of an accident for oncoming vehicles".

Maserati Ghibli, Levante, Quattroporte recalled for seat fix

The Maserati Ghibli (M157), Levante (M161) and Quattroporte (M156) have been recalled this week over concerns of a faulty seat adjustment system - affecting 1455 vehicles across Australia and New Zealand. According to the Italian marque, affected units are fitted with an incorrect seat wiring harness layout which can cause the seat wiring harness to rub against metal points on the seat/seat frame assembly.
