Lexus Australia lobbying for more F performance models
Lexus Australia is pushing for more models wearing the Japanese brand’s high-performance F badge, with an emphasis on sedans and SUVs.
The BMW M3-rivalling IS F released in late 2007 continues to be the only model Lexus has given the F performance badge, which is derived from the Fuji Speedway circuit in Japan.
The Lexus RC-F will headline a new sports car model range that intends to offer genuine performance motoring to the masses, according to a report.
According to Motor Trend, the high performance Lexus coupe caught testing by CarAdvice's spy photographers in July, is to be the new Lexus RC-F that will top the new RC range.
Lexus Australia has released the upgraded 2011 Lexus IS F sedan, with enhancements to the exterior and interior styling, colour schemes and suspension settings.
Lexus says the IS F’s suspension has undergone a significant retune to improve both high-speed stability and ride comfort.
