Lamborghini SUV

The Lamborghini Urus will debut in December, but, as fans know, it won't be the first time the Italian marque has offered an SUV. Now, ahead of the new model's launch, the Raging Bull brand has looked back on its legendary off-roader: the LM002. It's been 25 years since the original Lamborghini SUV went out of production, but it doesn't make the LM002 any less important in the company's history.

When it comes to ever-tightening emissions regulations, car makers like Lamborghini have a tough road ahead of them. Fans will be pleased, though, to know that the raging bull's V12 is going nowhere. More, there's the chance a four-door sedan is on the horizon, too, according to the company's boss. Speaking with CarAdvice at a Lamborghini event in Tokyo, Lamborghini CEO Stefano Domenicali said that the V12 is here to stay, with the brand doing what is needed to make it a viable proposition.

The Lamborghini Urus is still at least five years away from production despite a positive reaction from Lamborghini customers and the general public to the controversial super SUV during its global roadshow.
