Renault Group unveils future plans: 24 new models by 2025, electric-only Alpine to replace Renault Sport

Renault has taken the wraps off 'Renaulution', its plan to "restore Groupe Renault's competitiveness", consolidate its product portfolio and boost profit worldwide. Whereas Renault's existing product roadmap saw it chase volumes and outright sales, the new plan – created under new CEO Luca de Meo, who arrived from Seat in early 2020 – will see the group streamline its model range and development processes worldwide, in an effort to increase per-vehicle profits.

2017 Nissan Juke to be more refined, hybrid variant on the cards - report

The next-generation Nissan Juke is set to arrive next year with cleaner engines, a hybrid option, more tech and a new platform, according to a report out of the UK. Bursting onto the scene at the 2010 Geneva motor show, the first-generation Nissan Juke won plenty of fans in Europe, but has never been a top-selling model in Australia.

Renault-Nissan Alliance unveils new CMF engineering architecture

The Renault-Nissan Alliance has unveiled its new engineering architecture that will underpin future models from both brands and reduce production costs. The Common Module Family (CMF) architecture extends existing manufacturing commonality by being compatible with Renault and Nissan vehicles via ‘Big Modules’ that cover engine bay, cockpit, front and rear underbody, and electrical/electronic architectures.
