2020 Alpine A110S unveiled

Alpine has unveiled its new range-topping A110S, with a minor power bump and a smattering of exterior changes over the standard mid-engined sports car. For the A110S, the standard car's mid-mounted 1.8-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine has been retuned to deliver 215kW of power at 6400rpm, and 320Nm of torque between 2000 and 6400rpm. The increase of 30kW is thanks to increased boost pressure. Drive is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

Alpine A110: Australian pricing likely to start around $90-100k

Renault is set to launch the company’s revived Alpine brand in Australia with the all-new Alpine A110 expected to hit local showrooms in June next year.
