2012 Holden Caprice V review

I bought this car because I needed a big car and I did not like the idea of driving an SUV. I wanted the comfort of a nice sedan. This car ticks all the boxes and I am thrilled that it is an all Australian made vehicle. I am very disappointed that Holdens have been discontinued and that car manufacturing in Australia is no more...

2012 Holden Caprice review

The Holden Caprice has always been a sort of the neglected child of the VE/VF Commodore line-up. Prized by those who owned them, but never generating enough sales to receive any serious attention from anybody at Holden head office. The WM/WN Caprice might be the only car in which you can buy the 2006 model and it will look almost the same as the 2017 model...

1995 Holden Caprice review

Having read Nick D’s review of his VS Statesman a while back, it prompted me to consider writing a review of my own. It’s my first, so please go easy on me in the comments haha. Here goes! I was always a car guy. My family often trots out those embarrassing stories of how, as a child of three or four, I would identify car brands based on their emblems while walking down the street...

2015 Holden Caprice V review

Let me start by saying, this car is a lot of fun, and I mean a lot of fun. Something the size of a Benz S-Class SWB shouldn't be as quick as it is (or a hoot in the corners as it is), and when it goes, it sounds angrier than a bag full of spanked cats. You could spend all your Sundays chasing cafe owners on Ducatis down mountain ranges in a Caprice V and be in their mirrors all the way laughing out loud...
