Rolls-Royce Ghost Zenith Collection revealed

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has revealed the Ghost Zenith Collection, a super limited farewell run of vehicles to commemorate the marque's entry-level limousine. Capped at 50 units, the Ghost Zenith Collection boasts a number of bespoke items including ingot made from the Spirit of Ecstacy badge of the 2009 200EX concept that previewed the Ghost – which has been melted down and set in the centre console of each vehicle.

What that will look like remains to be seen.

Rolls-Royce design boss quits

Rolls-Royce head of design, Giles Taylor, has left the British luxury marque at short notice, with little explanation for the sudden departure provided. Taylor is the man responsible for the new Phantom and the first Rolls-Royce SUV, the Cullinan – not to mention the dramatic, forward-looking Vision Next 100 Concept, launched as part of BMW's centenary. He joined Rolls-Royce in 2012, having worked on the Jaguar XF and ground-breaking XJ limousine in his previous role.
