Lexus LC500h 'Matte Prototype' revealed

Lexus Europe has revealed a special LC500h Matte Prototype for the 2019 Barcelona motor show, and it's anything but subtle. The matte-finish Space Orange exterior paint is, in the company's words, "another example of the brand's effort to keep innovating, this time using special colours with original textures". Lexus says the finish is "inspired by the orange tones that can be seen when looking towards the sun in clear sunsets".

Lexus sets January sales record

Lexus Australia has continued its growth this past month, setting an all-time sales record for the month of January with 705 registrations. The result is a 15.8 per cent improvement on January 2018's figure of 609 units, largely bolstered by the introduction of the all-new UX baby crossover (pictured above), which added 116 units. Of the 705 Lexus vehicles registered during January, a whopping 568 were from the company's SUV lines.
