Nissan Australia confident 400Z will build on Zed-car legacy

Nissan Australia says it will request as many examples of the 400Z sports car as it can get its hands on, because it believes the new model will be more popular than ever. While the arrival timing and pricing for the Nissan 400Z are yet to be announced, there is widespread speculation it will be in showrooms next year with turbocharged V6 power, which is likely to make it an instant smash hit among performance enthusiasts and the drifting community alike.

Human Horizons HiPhi 1 gull-winged EV revealed, we talk to Mark Stanton

There is no shortage of Chinese EV startups to keep us amused with unlikely concepts and far-off products. Your first instinct on seeing pictures of the Human Horizons HiPhi 1 is probably to regard it as one of the ones less likely to make production, and fair enough; this is a vast electric SUV with gullwing flaps in the roof above its rear doors. A bold claim.

BMW M may withhold top M badge from front-drivers

While the prospect of a part-electrified future M3 or M4 is an interesting one, the question that is seeing more heads scratched in Munich is that of how M Division will cope with the move of the next generation of smaller BMWs to a native front-drive architecture, with the list set to include the next 2 Series.
