2020 Volkswagen T-Roc pricing and specs

UPDATE, July 2 2020: an entry-level 110TSI has now also been announced. Details and price here. Volkswagen’s long-awaited T-Roc compact SUV is now available to buy - online with a $500 deposit - ahead of its conventional market launch and arrival in showrooms in April this year. While the car was unveiled way back in August 2017, Volkswagen’s underestimation of global demand meant its Australian arm had to fight hard to get stocks at all.

The system may incorrectly detect an object in front of the vehicle, forcing the car to brake unnecessarily.

Supercars are tested to extremes before they make it to showrooms, but this probably isn’t what General Motors had in mind when two engineers took a pair of yet-to-be-released Corvette C8s for a late night blast through the middle of the week. Police in Bowling Green, Kentucky, USA – where the new 2020 Chevrolet Corvette will be made – stopped two engineering test cars after they were allegedly street racing and exceeding the posted 45mph (72kmh) speed limit by more than 26mph (42kmh).

The rear of the BMW X2 xDrive25e has been unveiled ahead of the car's full global debut some time in 2020. Under the bonnet there's a 1.5-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine making 92kW and 220Nm. It drives the front wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission.
