Every new-car warranty in Australia for 2021, listed from shortest to longest

Warranties are an important factor when making a new car purchase, so we've ranked each manufacturer from shortest to longest.

The process of buying a new car can be a vigorous one, with endless options available and various factors to consider.

There's no doubting that a car's warranty is imperative and could be a deciding factor when it comes to purchasing a new car. The basic proposition is much the same across the board – however, they vary significantly depending on the manufacturer.

New-car warranties start from three years and generally go up to seven.

It's worth noting that warranty terms may be conditional, and some commercial applications may limit warranty. Individual components like electric-vehicle batteries may also be covered by separate warranties.
