The warning “do not try this at home” has never been more relevant.
The above video surfaced recently on YouTube, featuring a race between a Porsche 911 GT3 and a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera around the streets of Paris.My French isn’t the best, but the message before the film clearly states the drivers are professionals and the race was conducted in a controlled environment. It also warns against copycat behavior:
“Do not reproduce on the open road. Drive carefully: the road is not a circuit.”
Now that all that’s out of the way, it is quite a stunning spectacle. The Suzuki superbike wheelie is rather special, but the cobblestone powerslides are just something else.
