2021 Land Rover new cars

Years don't get much bigger or more important for Land Rover, which launched the all-new Defender across the globe in 2020.

2021 continues that theme of icon re-imagining, with the short-wheelbase Defender 90 joining the existing Defender 110 range. MY21 Defenders will also get a new range of drivelines, which includes a 3.0-litre six-cylinder diesel replacing the current 2.0-litre four-pot D200 and D240 variants.

Land Rover's range of electrified vehicles will also grow, with the Land Rover Discovery Sport getting a plug-in hybrid 'P300e' variant. This offers as much as 66 kilometres of electric range, while consuming as little as 1.4 litres of fuel per 100 kilometres according to the WLTP cycle.

The non-hybrid Land Rover Discovery and Discovery Sport ranges will also receive updates, though timing has yet to be confirmed.
