2021 Lexus new cars

Lexus's facelifted LS luxury sedan will arrive in early 2021, ahead of the arrival of brand's first all-electric small SUV in November.

Lexus has remained inside the top 20 best-selling brands in Australia this year as the luxury car sector continues to reveal mixed results on the sales charts.

Sales for the Japanese brand were down 13 per cent compared to the same period last year, shifting 7689 units to the end of November 2020 –1202 less than over the same period in 2019.

The Lexus LS sedan will receive its mid-life facelift in 2021, bringing a revised look, new semi-autonomous driving technologies along with a number of performance improvements. The facelifted luxury sedan is due to arrive in Lexus showrooms in the first quarter of 2021.

Following its overseas launch in early 2020, the brand's first-ever all-electric vehicle, the UX300e small SUV, is due to land in showrooms from November 2021. Featuring a 54.3kWh lithium-ion battery, it promises a 400km NEDC range and 50-minute zero to 80 per cent charge time on a 50kW DC fast charger. Local pricing is yet to be revealed.
