Kia expresses that all trim levels now come with Bluetooth as standard, from the base model Si to the top line Platinum. This means all new Sorentos can be connected up to mobile phones for much safer driving.

It also means media files can be played from your phone through the car's in-car entertainment system. Tony Barlow, Kia Motors Australia Chief Operating Officer, recently said about the new model release,

"Kia Motors is constantly working with, and forming strategic partnerships with, technology suppliers who can make the Kia experience more enjoyable for our customers. As new technology becomes available and if it passes our stringent quality controls, we make it accessible to our customers as quickly as possible."

Pricing for the new models remain almost unchanged. The Kia Sorento Si in two-wheel drive, 2.4-litre automatic form remains at $35,490. The 2.2-litre diesel price also remains unchanged; $39,990 for the manual and $41,990 for the auto.

Top line SLi and Platinum models get a $200 price hike; $46,190 and $49,190 accordingly. These new models are available right now.
