Toyota Australia launches Gazoo Racing Club

Toyota Australia plans to unite like-minded enthusiasts with its newly formed Gazoo Racing (GR) Club.

Those who join will receive exclusive invites to customer drive days, special offers and discounts, as well as access to member-only areas at motorsport events which Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia is involved with.

The brand is also hoping the club will create a community centred around its GR performance brand.

“This club continues Toyota’s commitment to motorsport that started with the first international race Toyota ever competed at, here in Australia," said Toyota Australia's chief marketing officer, John Pappas.

“This club is a wonderful testament to that first step we took into motorsport and celebrates our relationship with those that consider themselves - like we do – true auto enthusiasts.” Pappas concluded.

Membership to the Gazoo Racing Club is not open yet, however those who wish to join can express their interest via the GR section of Toyota's website.

More information is expected to be provided as of the 1st of February 2021.

Toyota currently offers two GR-branded products in its portfolio – the Toyota GR Supra sports car, and recently-launched GR Yaris hot hatch.
